Celsus offers a qualitative data analysis service for postgraduate students and academics working with interview, focus-group, open-ended survey and document data. We carry out thematic, content and framework analysis in NVivo and MAXQDA with a systematic coding structure, and integrate qualitative and quantitative findings in mixed-methods designs. The output is an analysis you can defend in front of reviewers, supported by a codebook, an audit trail and transparent reasoning. You always own the interpretation; we strengthen the method and the reporting.
What's included
- Thematic analysis (Braun and Clarke approach), qualitative content analysis and framework analysis.
- Inductive and deductive coding, codebook construction and theme-map development.
- Project setup, queries and visualisations (matrices, clusters, word trees) in NVivo or MAXQDA.
- Intercoder reliability: percentage agreement and Cohen's kappa, with disagreement resolution.
- Mixed-methods designs: convergent (parallel) and explanatory sequential designs, with integration and joint-display tables.
- An audit trail for trustworthiness: documented code definitions, decision notes and process records.
- A theme report supported by quotations, visuals and a plain-language interpretation.
How we work
- Scope: we review your research questions, theoretical framework and data type, then choose the appropriate qualitative or mixed-methods design and a delivery timeline.
- Preparation: we tidy the transcripts, import the data into NVivo or MAXQDA, and build the initial coding structure and a draft codebook.
- Analysis: we apply the coding, develop themes, compute intercoder reliability and record every decision in an audit trail.
- Reporting and aftercare: we deliver the theme report, visuals and mixed-methods joint-display tables, and support revisions for supervisor or reviewer queries.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does qualitative data analysis take?
It depends on the number of transcripts, the volume of data and the complexity of the design. Thematic analysis on a small set of interviews is usually finished within a few days, while intercoder reliability or a mixed design can take longer. We share a firm delivery date when we agree the scope.
How is the price determined?
Rather than a fixed list price, we quote on the scope of your project. After reviewing the volume of data and the analysis design, we send a scoped fixed quote within one working day, with no surprise extra charges.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Recordings and transcripts are used solely for the analysis, we sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) on request, and the work is run in line with UK GDPR and KVKK principles. All data is deleted on completion if you wish.
Is this service academically ethical, and how do I start?
Our service supports, never substitutes, the author's own work; you approve the coding structure, interpretation and themes and defend the results, while we provide method and reporting support. To start, complete the contact form or message us on WhatsApp.
